Consolidated Credit Counseling - What have been your experiences? Can you suggest any non profit agencies?

1. A lot of people are gonna say "don't do it, just budget better" or something like that, but I am using the freedom point for debt management, and so far it is working fine, it is helping me budget and everything. I make one monthly payment.
2. Personally I searched the internet on every debt management site I could find. I then gathered snippets of information and formulated my own strategy. I was prepared to speak with my creditors and was able to come to an agreement. I did this for free and it did not affect my scores.
