  1. There may be some out there, but I'm not sure which they would be. I can tell you though that whatever they do for a fee you can do yourself for free. All you have to do is get your free credit report online at www.annualcreditreport.com (you are entitled to a free credit report from the three largest credit bureaus annually) Or if you have been declined credit then you are also entitled to a free credit report from that company. You should call up any creditors that are reporting incorrect or very old information that is affecting you negatively so they can update their records. Once you know what is on your report you can go into the individual credit buruea websites and dispute any items you feel are incorrect or are impacting your credit negatively. (Some websites you can dispute online, some you have to send in writing). The burueas then have 30 days to respond to you. They will then inform you on what actions they will be taking. This process can require lots of work & time depending on how much help you need but it's very much worth it; it will help clean up your credit and boost your score. Of course I'm not an expert, but I've done this and it works. But if you would rather pay someone to do the work just be careful and look at all the companies very carefully. A lot of the ones I have heard of have very high rates. Good Luck!
  2. Yes there are but go to citizens advice first. They are free and will also give you names of companies and organisations if you need them.
