- It seems strange they are causing you trouble as they only check your credit references based on the information they receive from companies that you've done business with. Check with the other credit reference agencies to get a financial report as all the companies get information from different sources.
- Experian only collect data which is passed to them,if you have a problem with something on your report you need to go to the company who put it there,you don't go into any detail here so i cannot help you although i would like to,please put additional info and i will answer your query
