Bad Credit Agency

Has any1 actually had a collection agency agree to sign and return a?

1. I haven't, but I've heard of people using these before with success. I'd try to work something out with the original creditor if at all possible... they'd end up getting paid more, even if you settle, than they would through a collection agency. Best of luck!
