1. Government student loans are not credit based. You shouldn't have problems unless you are already in default on another student loan. Private student loans are partially credit based.
2. Know anyone in the Mafia, they will surely do it! JK, you need to apply for a student loan through the financial aid office and you will get it based on need irregardless of your credit.
