Bad Credit Agency

I'm new to the credit world but my credit isn't bad & I need a loan to jump start my business?

I have a fair credit report my experian score is 602,transunion 648, & eqifax doesn't have a score for me. I need a small business loan of $25,000 I have my business plan all laid out.I dont own any real estate, or any large accounts of cash.
