2. I just recently found this out for myself, and the answer is, unfortunately, no. As a matter of fact, the worse the credit score, the less likely the small business loan. Also, there are no "small business loans", either. The SBA only guarantees the loan to the bank if you default, and this makes the banks less likely to offer business loans, unless, of course, you already have a boatload of cash... Good LUck...try Grants from the federal Gov't.
