- Depends on how bad your credit is. Sometimes the SBA will help out. If your credit is too bad, you are just going to have to take the next few years and try to get it back on track first. There are also grants out there for some new businesses, depending on the nature of the business. Try grants.gov to see if there may be any grants you can apply for there- SBA also has list of resources for government grants.
- Probably in Jersey by someone with a name like Carpelli or Stagnetti or Gotti. Be careful, someday (and that day may never come), they will ask you for a 'favor'...
