  1. uh, you can't
  2. Try www.LendingTree.com they have loads of banks competing against each other and you can find a Realtor there as well.
  3. I would like to do this too. In my research it really depends on what your bad credit really is. Many places go by your FICO score/credit rating score. There are a lot of scam compainies preying on people like us, so be careful.
  4. you can't not in this day and age ....
  5. You dont. Maybe find a local venture capitalist. We have one in our area where this guy wants you to put 5k down, and you can buy one of HIS houses he has for sale, 30 yr note at 10-12 percent rate. For the people who cant get loans, its a good deal for them, because they can be a home owner, and maybe get their credit fixed and refinance later. Anyway, short of one of them guys, no. Bad credit means 20 percent down minimum.
  6. You can look into credit services that are designed for people in your situation. E-mail loancreditsolutions@yahoo.com to have information sent.
  7. Again, people expounding advise with no idea what they're talking about. FHA loans are designed for this purpose. FHA loans require 3% down. There are even private grant monies available for FHA down payments. FHA loans are not based on credit scores. FHA loans are based on your ability to pay. Period. You do need at least one year of good payment history behind you. Your scores mean nothing
