can one get a home loan with bad credit and no savings?
Public Comments
- Ask a bank or a realtor...? Realtors tend to know subprime lenders.
- Yes you can, but the worse your credit is, the more leverage the lender has against you. You'll most likely have to face a rediculous APR.
- Bad credit? And no savings? Depends on how bad is bad. You may find a bank that'll lend you money for a home, but the interest rate they give you will probably give you a heart attack.
- As a branch manager for a lender, I can tell you that you will NOT find a bank to lend you the money. They only deal with customers that have great credit scores. Feel free to email me at ryanwoodtlc@yahoo.com to see if we can work something out for you!
