where can i get a home purchase loan with bad credit, no income and no money down?

I want to buy a home in Streator IL. It's $35000, and i don't have any idea of how to get it, no bank will give me a loan, i am about to get a good job and could afford payments, but credit is very bad, and i have no money . anyone know of anyone who would loan it to me?
