where can i get a home loan for bad credit??
where can a home loan with bad credit and the house amout is 39900?? I want to buy a home and most bad credit companys require at least the house to be 50000 or more

- If you have bad credit and are lucky to get a loan expect your payment and interest to be super high. Or you can do what most people do with bad credit, try to rebuild your credit slowlly. You can also try the rent to own method. Theres programs that allow you to put down a certain percentage of the house amount and then make montly payments like rent but your actually buying the home. Where I live in Las Vegas I've seen programs that allow you to rent to own without getting the bank involved. Try ebay also, I've seen these programs.
- It's doubtful you will get a house loan for any amount of money with bad credit. Are you saying the house is three hundred and ninety nine thousand dollars? Start saving.
- try this site out http://rent--to-own-property.blogspot.com all about using other people's money and using a lease-option arrangement whereby you rent from the vendor for a few years ,say 3 years, pay rent on time for 3 years to build up a credit and save for that deposit for that loan. At the end of 3 years you have the option to buy the house. It's also a good way to get into real estate investing, build up passive income and build up your savings. Good luck.
