Can I apply for chase travel reward credit card with bad credit?

Many people have multiple credit cards I also have one visa card and one 0apr credit card with bad credit. I think to apply for chase travel reward credit card. Can it possible?

1. You can apply for it, but I don't think you'd be accepted. Chase doesn't seem to accept people with bad credit or no history of credit.
