Any free personal loan sites for bad credit, no job, and only a savings account, excluding payday loan sites?

I am looking for a free personal loan site that will allow you to make monthly payments on a 1-2 year term loan. I have bad credit, no job, but currently recieve social security disability monthly as my income.

1. Have u tried Cash Call? The interest rate is high, but u can pay back early no prepayment penalties
