  1. Do you have any collateral? Try a pawn shop. They have high interest rates, but they don't check your credit.
  2. You should check out your local support groups because alot of them have grants to help or attornies that will do it for free or on based on your income. As for bad credit personal loans good luck I tried to get one to go to law school and I had no luck. Also I don't know how much you need but there are credit cards like capitolone, and household bank that give bad credit people credit cards and you can take cash advances on them but the biggest credit card we could get was for $500 but we were able to get one for that amount and a bunch for $300 and total we ended up with like $2000 in credit cards. First though I would go to your local support groups and see what they have to say and alot of places have legal aide that you could look into which is the free or cheep lawyers and if your lawyer already did all the hard leg work then they could pick up where he left off and the outcome would probably be the same.

  4. I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for and I guess it depends on how much money you need. But this site had some offers for cards for people with bad credit and they also offer you a cash advance if I remember correctly. Like I said, may not be your thing but I figured it might be worth a shot. Here's the site: http://www.badcreditchargecard.com Good luck. Sorry if that wasn't what you were looking for.
