im trying to find a place for someone with bad credit to get a personal loan, that isnt a scam!!

2. Nooooooooooooo! There is NO SUCH THING. ALL loans for people with bad credit will SCREW you on the interest rate. Go to the website below & get a handle on your finances, otherwise, you will always have crappy credit & always be trying to borrow to fund your life.
3. Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution. I will hereby talk from my personal experience.
