Mortage Bad Credit?
Just got turned down by leanding tree. Does any body know of a company that has type b or c loans? or investor group that does that kind of thing it is a 100,000 loan for a co-op I also made the mistake of filling out a bad mortage application online now i have mortage companies calling me night and day they just do not understand bad credit. so if you have bad credit and got a mortage what company did you use.

- there are plenty of "B,C and D" credit loan that are offered out there, you just have to look. A mortgage broker is your answer. They have access to wholesale loans where the consumer does not, and they are seldom advertised. The companies that I know of, although pretty endless (my mortgage company is signed up with over 700 lenders that do all kinds of credit): New Century Mortgage, Option One Mortgage, Lime Financial, Countrywide (Subprime), Chase Manhattan (Subprime Lending), Aegis Funding, Franklin Funding Corporation, Equifirst Corporation, Novelle Financial, Saxon Mortgage, Sunset Direct Lending, and many others. Do an internet search for one or more of these, or call your local mortgage BROKER (not BANK or lender). Most people will do co-ops these days.
