well here is the thing. I have bad credit in the very low 500's and my wife as well. We have had a chapter 7 bankruptcy that was discharged but as well still have negative info on our credit that has been on there since. My wife and I need to find a mortgage ASAP as we need a home for our children. We both have excellent careers but were immature with our credit when younger. My question is where may i attain a mortgage for about 200k with only 10k down? If this would be very hard to do does anyone know a way to raise credit scores VERY QUICKLY? I would need im sure to be in the upper 500's to get credit easier. I have tried secured credit cards. But they only report to credit agencies when they feel like it, or when you miss payments? because then its something that they do for them as a scare tactic and a paypack method to screw people. So i need a valid way that this will work. thanks for your help
