  1. If you are still young you are going to be fine. There is many ways to repair your credit report. I was in your position 4 years ago and many people recommended me to this site http://www.mintcreditrepair.com this site has exactly the information you are looking for, step by step. I suggest you bookmark this site and start reading, It saved many lives. Good Luck
  2. It's called fraud or identity theft. If you didn't sign up for those accounts, then someone did. You need to call the police and file a report. Then you send a copy of the police report and a written explanation to each credit bureau reporting agency. They will flag your account for fraudulent activity and make sure all future potential creditors take extra caution when issuing credit to your social security number. The credit bureau will also put a notation under each debt that you dispute due to fraudulent activity. I'd start with that. If the police find the culprit, then sending the court report to the credit bureaus will finally remove those debts from your credit report.
  3. There are several reasons why your credit is bad and you need to take several steps to fix the problem. First of all, you need to remove all the incorrect information from your credit report. You are a victim of identity fraud so you need to contact the credit reporting agencies - Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. They will flag your accounts with fraud alert. This service is free. It is beleived that it's enough to contact only one of the credit bureaus because they share information but I would call or write to all three just to make sure. You can read more about this option here http://www.requestcredit.com/Credit-History-Protection-1545368-page_19.php Report everything to police. After your all the errors have been removed from your credit report start working on building your credit hisotry. Try to pay your bills on time. Make sure your balances on credit cards are fine. If you feel you cannot manage your accounts yourself use the service of debt management agencies. http://www.credit-card-authority.com/Credit-Repair-and-Debt-1946710-page_2.php However, don't count too much on those credit repair services that promise to clear your credit history. There is no way to legally remove anything from your credit report unless you have good reasons for that. but if you do you won't need the agencies, contacting the credit bureaus will be enough. If you really need a credit card you can apply for a bad credit credit card http://www.select-credit-card.com/Bad-Credit-Cards-947886-page.php. I would advice to apply only if you are sure you will be able to pay everything back. Late payment will hurt your credit score. A good thing will be to get a stable job because it also counts for your credit score.
  4. Improving Bad Credit Report: If you have a bad credit record, investigate the reason for this report. If the reason is late or non-payments on your behalf, start making payments to the lender and clear off the debt. A late payment can work against you later on. If you are unable to pay due to shortage of funds, limit your spending. Another solution is to take more credit from reputed lenders who offer you flexible payment schedule. By paying off your huge debt in small amounts quickly, you can impress your prospective lenders. Then finish off the investigation of your credit report conducted by the bureau.
