bad credit?
omg i have bad credit - but a friend of mind to me i can restore my credit by sending a letter to all the collection agengy and disprute it - i think thats what he said - but is that true? can some one help me bad credit in cali

- if you didn't do the debt than yeah but if you did do the debt than you are liable. If they find out that you were liable and you did that you will be in trouble

- If the bad credit isn't your's you can get it taken off. If you did run up those bills and didn't pay, they stay on your report. I'd say own up to your mistakes, fix them, then start working your way towards good credit again.
- I am personally going thru this right now (Credit repair) and have been told so many lies. It almost takes an act of god to get something removed that does not belong to you. My advise, go to annualcreditreport.com and pull your own reports (No charge). Then you have to go thru them one at a time, use the internet and dispute whatever is wrong. You can even place a comment by each one (it is your RIGHT) in USA.
- Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution. I will hereby talk from my personal experience.
