Where can i get a $9500 loan with not too good of a credit history?

I just wanted to know where I can get a definite lon for about $9500 (or where can i be 100% approved) with a bad credit history? i am trying to buy a motorcycle (so maybe i can used it as collateral). Which bank (that operates in New York) can i go to? What exactly should I do? Thank you very much!

1. In this credit market I would say you are highly unlikely to get that credit. Your best bet if you are looking for transportation is probably a buy pay here place. The credit market being what it is unless that bike is worth double what you are trying to buy it for and your credit is only fair not bad as you put it, it probably isnt going to happen. When you say bad what kind of score are we talking about?
