Bad Credit Agency

I am in australia with very bad credit and want to know if we can get credit cards ?

I would like to know if there are n e sites that could help me or if american companies can give australians credit/credit cards?

1. You probably wont have much luck going to a site outside Australia as they wont accept your Australian residential details or work details as a reference check to your identity. I reckon you best bet is to open a savings account with a new bank and apply for a credit card with small limit at the same time, they may be more receptive than doing it online where security checks are more strict.
2. ring the commonwealth, I had 1 default on my credit check thats due to come off in 7 months i tryed the ANZ and NAB they both said no but Commonwealth approved me. I think they are worth a try. I suggest you ring them though and dont apply online so you can talk to them and explain your situation
3. With all the money problems around the world alot of banks will be VERY VERY careful to give ANYONE a loan or credit cards even if you earn heaps
