  1. Absolutely not. Order a book about credit repair online and you will learn a few tricks. There is nothing they can do that you can't, without having to pay them. Good luck.
  2. no i .spent 500.00 dollars and all they do is write letters of dipute to the credit companys over and over .you can write them yourself .
  3. I wouldn't advise it. Get your free copy of your credit report from one of the 3 major agencies and check it for accuracy. If you find any mistakes, you are allowed to put a statement about the account in your file. The only thing that makes your credit score rise is paying bills on time and closing inactive accounts. There is no fast shortcut. I don't know how they say they'll improve your credit rating, but I can't see how it would work. If you get your credit report, for each account there are little squares denoting payments. Green is good, yellow is late, and red is delinquent or not paid. You have to build up, over time, a record showing that you pay your bills on time. The more red squares, the worse your score. It takes time, but you didn't get there overnight. Don't waste your money.
  4. I read the Fair Credit Reporting laws and did it on my own. It's very time consuming and you have to be persistent. You can find more info here: http://www.safelinked.info/jump.php?link=debt Good Luck.
