1. That is pretty tough. Even good credit can be tough right now. You may need to start slowly and build the company credit, although it will only receive trade credit ( money ie. cash always requires a personal guarantee) Look at www.about-small-business.com , it has pretty straight forward info on business credit. 2. Try taking in a partner, or getting a cosigner, or even trying an SBA loan, they take credit into consideration, but there are ways around it.

Go to sba.gov, score.org and/or bplan.com where you will find sample business plans and instructions on how to write a business plan.
