Credit repair. I have a lot doctor bills on my credit. ?

I have a lot of doctor bills on my credit. I'm willing to pay them off do i need to get them validated first before i pay them off. If they are validated do i write a "pay for deletion" letter before i pay the bill.

1. If you know they are yours and you want to pay them off why play games. You can try the pay for deletion letters before paying. Some wll accept, some will not. The best route might be to see if you can get a reduction in the amount due, and a pay for delete at the same time. Some will say pay in full looks better than paid settlement but the truth it is not that much worse one way or the other.
