I was wondering if I can get some info. I have absolutely NO idea how home loans work, escrow, any of that. I know there are programs out there to help people with bad credit buy a house. My fiance has a score of about 515.. but we just got a car and are making on time payments, so Im hoping that will do a little to boost us up. What will most companies want to give you a home loan? How many years? How much interest for something this bad? Any maximum amount they will lend? And What is the least you think they will let you put down?
