Have you ever received a refund in bank charges from your bank??

I have been told today by someone that works at a very famous bank, that each time somebody is successful at being refunded their bank charges that the bank will contact a credit reference agency and put on the persons file that it is an unpaid debt!!!!!!!! HOW WRONG IS THAT!!!! So have you ever been refunded??? I think anyone who has should contact there bank as i am told that most banks do it!!! eskie lover You really should check it out The banks were found to be overcharging there customers and MOST people should approach there bank and can legally apply for refunds for the last Six years Nikki C You have read my question wrong, I am talking about people who have had years worth of refunds back in one go, not the occasional refund, I would be screwed if that was the case lol

8. When I was younger and used to go overdrawn all the time, I always called the bank and told them to reverse the charges they had charged me, luckily I banked with the same bank my dad's firm banked with so they obliged Never had anything bad on my credit rating so don't think that is true.
