Bad Credit Agency

How do I get a CCJ issued against a debtor and do i have to report it to credit rating agency, if so then how?

I own a business and a lot of small businesses and individual clients have not paid their debt, if someone can guide me how to get a CCJ issued against them with least amount of hustle I will really appreciate that, and also do I have to inform any credit rating agencies about this? If so how and to whom? Is there any website where I can get all this done and what do I need to have in order to support my claim for outstanding debt?

  1. jeezus you dont sound a full shillng. I reckon you'll soon go bust
  2. If the debt is below a certain limit you can take a case against them at your local small claims court. You can check the limit with them. You will initially have to pay a fee for this but if you are successful in court you debtor will have to pay this fee. Also you can represent yourself at the court hearing and therefore do not have to pay out large amounts of money for solicitors etc.
