How do I write a complaint against a credit agency for taking money out of my account without permission?
Basically these people have called my work when asked to quit calling or I would get fired. I have told them to stop checks from coming out of my account. These people have over drafted my account. I have all my phone records and all the other docs. I am caught up now but I went through muddy water with them. They can just get away with this.

- If your account was in default and you had your checkings/saving with them, they do have the right to debit the account. It's called the right of setoff. I would close the checking/savings account and put it in a different bank so in the event you're late in the future, they can not debit the account
- Unless you had a written agreement from them stating exactly how much was to be taken out of your checking account per month...then I wouldn't bother making the effort in filing complaints. I (an other regulars on this board) try to constantly warn people about the dangers of giving debt collectors (or anyone) your bank transit + checking account numbers for doing auto debits....It's something that should NEVER be done...Once they have this info there's nothing to stop them from taking out way more than you agreed to. It's too late in your case.....lesson learned.....
