How can someone with a decent income and bad credit purchase a house or land in Florida?
I have no bankruptcy. Most of my bad credit is old, and totals about 25000. Married, household income about 50,000. I've heard that there are places where I can still get a home loan or a land loan, but I don't know how to go about it or who to contact. Is there a place where I can find private owners that might do a C4D on undeveloped land?

- marry someone with good credit, that's what worked for me ;o}
- I think it is possible... Anyhow speak to some other in that area.Whereas there are lots of websites are there to guide you to buy home
- Talk to a bank about a FHA loan. They are not credit driven.
- get yourself a co-signer
- if by bad credit you mean in the 400 forget it if in the 500 could be done but the loan cannot be above 80 or 90% of the value of the home if in the 600 then you can finance 100% at some reasonable terms. O;d bad credit does not effect your credit score as much when did you check it last ?? Land loans are very hard to do so I sugest a loan on real property. let me know if you need more info
- Have seen lots of people asking info on bad credits. Well, if you need to get your problem solved on<!--bad credit, you must know to how to confront it. Of course, Even if you have bad credit, you can get loans. Many factors can contribute to someone getting a "bad credit" rating, among these are non-payment of an account or late payments over an extended length of time. You may find a bad credit loan here, http://badcredits.awardspace.com/ You may find want you want. You can easily be labelled as a bad credit risk by financial companies. This can make it more difficult to-->arrange loans or other finance, and usually means you will pay more interest on any loan you take out.
- Get your finances in order - if you can prove that you're at least in the process of cleaning up your credit - it'll fare better for you.
