Is it impossible to get a new home loan with bad credit and if it is possible what company should i go throug

h? Please dont judge me or my family. My husband works really hard and makes a good income we just ran into some problems after having a fire and no insurance.

1. "nothing is impossible" but lots of things are impractical. if you are not "qualified" via a mortgage broker, seek out a lease=purchase. Then, when you are qualified, the loan kicks in and the lease becomes a purchase.
2. That was the start of the whole "Sub Prime" Crises, with defaulting borrowers borrowing unaffordable loans with little proof of income or the capacity to repay the debt, thus screwing the financial markets over when suprise, suprise they defaulted yet again! STOP DESTROYING THE FINANCIAL MARKETS, we actually feal the pinch on the other side of the world, here in Australia, because of it!
