Bad Credit Agency

How do I get a student loan with bad credit? I have no one to co-sign.?

I want to apply to graduate school for the 2008-2009 academic year. I declared bankruptcy in 2003. I will need substantial loans, and there is no one in my family to co-sign. Any advice? Will my credit prohibit me from getting loans? Thanks in advance.

  1. If you have not already used a Stafford loan, you may qualify for one.
  2. You should definitely look into the Stafford loans, but you sould also check every avenue you can for other financial aid. Check with the school's alumni office. They often have scholarships that go unclaimed from year to year, and your financial aid office can also help. Your credit usually isn't going to completely prevent you from getting loans, but you may have to spend much more time looking.
  3. If you have a poor credit score, it is difficult to get a loan from most banks and financial institutions. Credit is usually available only at a very high interest rate.Only few companies provide loan with poor credit score.Check out link for details. http://l4y.info/
