without a lot of scams, like deposit fee, start up fee, yearly fee, etc

- Well you get all those fees because of bad credit so you will probably have to start with one of them...."First premier bank"...then eventually you will be able to get a better card! But unfortunatley they have to show "punsihment" for bad credit. It's a crock!
- Not without fees and really high interest rates.
- Lots and lots, just look on line, Capitol One, First Premier to name a few.
- They have a bunch. Orchard is a pretty good one. I think they just have a fee of 58 dollars a year. You can visit http://creditcardwarehouseonline.com and click on bad credit credit cards. I have got a few card there. You can compare the rates. Also you can check out the salute card or aspen card. I have both and they both gave me pretty generous limits for bad credit. 450$. And the salute just raised my limit to 700 after six months.
- You mean credit cards for people with bad credit? Try this site it lists all the credit cards for people with bad credit. http://www.creditcards.com/bad-credit.php I got the one offered by orchard bank. I need to rebuild my credit too. Its a credit card but I had to pay a fee of $19.
- Unfortunately, if you have bad credit - you're going to pay fees. But "credit cards for bad credit" are a great tool to help you build / improve your credit score. Eventually, with regular on-time payments - you'll be able to upgrade to a better offer without fees. But for now, you may have to settle for one of these types of offers: http://www.wowcreditcards.com/bad-credit.htm If you choose a "credit card for bad credit" - make sure you carry a small balance - and always pay on-time! This will ensure you credit rating continues to build as you use the card... GOOD LUCK!
- http://cards.hotusa.org - try this one. I personally use their card. As I know it accept everyone, even if person has bad credit and I got no hidden fees upon opening it.
- Get the orchard bank credit card their the best for people with poor credit. I qualified for the silver credit card. Anyway, they'll start you up with a 300.00 limit. Make sure you pay the full balance you owe every month. There's a $19.00 deposit. However, there is an annual fee of like 59.95 for the silver card. The APR rate was like 14.90% if I remember correctly. DO NOT go to first premier bank because they scam people out of their money. A friend of mines got scammed by them big time. Check this site out to help find the credit card that fits your needs http://www.creditcards.com/bad-credit.php.
