Bad Credit Agency

In an attempt to fix my credit, I tried to consolidate and it did not help. Who can help with credit repair?

For almost two years, I paid a company to repair my credit. When I started my FICO score was 625 but I knew it was a matter of time before it became lower because of late payments. Now my FICO score is 500, I stopped paying the consold. company and have been told that I can't use another one for at least a year.

  1. Expensive lesson. Those credit repair agencies are in business for themselves, not you. Next time you go to a business, make sure you get some performance guarantees. Best way to fix your credit: 1. Pay your bills. 2. Pay them on time every time 3. Pay more than just the minimum payment 4. Do not keep revolving credit card balances above 25% of your available credit limit. 5. Buy only what you need, not what you want. 6. Rinse and repeat.
  2. You could start paying your bills on time. I'm not kidding. Also, you can take out a loan and pay it back when they tell you to. Doesn't matter if you need it or not, if you pay back a loan that'll raise your credit rating. Of course, if you default on it that'll just lower it.
  3. wow.. ouch... basically you can do most of it yourself if you want to deal with it.... What you do is look at your credit history with all three companies... Find out what they say about you for each lender to owe or have owed. If you have any that are old you can write the credit bureau's and ask them to remove the old reports.. If you have anything that is negative.. You write the credit bureau's and tell them you don't recall that happening or that you would like them to look into it to make sure they had the info correct. So you write the bureau about each different problem.. It can all be in one letter. Say you owed wells fargo 10,000 and it says you were late 5 times for more than 30 days. And you owed Bank of America 2,000 and was late once for 60 days or more... You tell the bureau that you don't believe you had those issues. The bureau will get with the banks and the banks have 30 days to respond to the bureau... If they don't it will automatically be fixed for you... If they do reply back then you tried. The bureau will let you know what happened. Always send certified mail though. Don't apply for credit... If you have to make sure they only submit your application to only one place. Inquiries that don't go anywhere hurt you... Inquiries that do get you a loan hurt you until you get most of it paid off. Credit is crazy to understand but the bureau's web site explain alot to you. Some of the bureau's let you file a discrepency online.... Good Luck... P.S. I don't know anyone that is legit with fixing your credit... It is a process...
  4. Try this site for a learning experience. I've not paid any payments on credit cards for two years due to the realization that it does no good when you live beyond your means. Our way of live (whole banking system) is doing this on a daily basis. Learn to help yourself...
  5. take your cc payments due each month, multiply by 12, divide by 52. have your bank's online payment system send the resulting amount out EACH PAYDAY, continuously. Set this up for EACH DEBT. With this trick, you never have a week of the month where you're shorter on cash than the other weeks. and whatever's left after payday is your spendin' cash. it's nice and even, and you don't have the aggravation (pain!!!) of licking stamps and giving your money away. You have to work it until gettin' it done doesn't bother you anymore. I tried this, paid off my debts, and now i can actually save 10% of my paycheck using the same system. try it, it works!
  6. I can repair your credit without the other company even knowing... email me at my business email address: cyprianassociates@yahoo.com I've bookmarked this site... http://www.safelinked.info/jump.php?link=debt Take care.
