My credit card payments are 60-90 days past due! Can I still get accepted at a credit counseling agency?

1. Probably not, but why don't you call and ask the credit counseling agency, to be sure? I think for them to work with you, you can't be in default. What you can do now is try to work out an arrangement with you credit card holder. Get any agreement from anyone you talk to IN WRITING. My brother got behind and then got jerked around between collection agents. GET AGREEMENTS IN WRITING.
2. I'm not sure, you should call them and find out. I would think you can still be able to get help from them, before it get worse. Good luck
