I have bad credit from a credit card and a personal loan company. I was wondering if it is possible to get home loans with a co-signer?! I am currently paying off my debts but found a great deal on a house that I would not like to pass up. I have a great paying job and Im just working to finally get my credit up...But it will be there soon, so I do almost have my debt caught up but my credit is still bad even after i get my debt paid. I dont want to pass up the great deal I came across.
