Can I get auto financing with a 570 score and $2500.00 down?
Before someone jumps to calling me a deadbeat and telling me to clean up my credit, let's clear some things up. I am not a deadbeat, just someone who has seen bad times with a very young son having gone through cancer and exhausting my resources. The things that remain on my credit are 3 hospital bills totaling <$900.00 that insurance should have taken care of and student loans which I had been paying on but during the time he was very sick, I stopped. I started back paying and for the past 9 mths I have been paying those faithfully. Those are the only negative things on my credit. I do have auto loans still remaining that I have paid off and reflect on the positive side. I need a car now due to someone rearending me and totaling my SUV. So I don't have time to clean up my credit. If anyone knows of a finance company that would help, please let me know. Thanks to all who respond.

- Auto finance is what I do for a living and from the information you list you should not have a problem getting approved, your score si sub-prime so I would suggest you find a dealer that advertises Special Finance and go talk to the Manager, they will be able to help you. You can also try Capital One, H.S.B.C., Citifinancial Auto Finance and Wells Fargo on line.
- You know for $2500 you can get a decent used car and not have a car payment. In less than a year your credit can be cleaned up and you can try for a car and get a better interest rate than you would with a score of 570. Just a thought. Since I got a car loan with a score similar to yours but with a 26% interest rate, lemme tell you it's not worth it. I wish I had enough money at the time to buy a beater car outright (my husband travels for work, we needed a car right away). We barely made a dent in the principal after a year and were able to refinance with much lower rate (10%) because our credit was a lot better after a year.
- I would check this http://nbjmp.com/click/?s=31492&c=70652 out you just have to enter your zip code and they basically ll your approved my bro used them and got a pretty good reate as well
