Okay, I have bad credit. So what do I do? I go to school and get student loans. Yeah for me. the thing is I was looking at my credit report, if it wasn't for the loans, I only had like $3000 in debt. Which could easily be cleared up. But my credit is bad. My soon to be hubby, has a little bad but mostly he doesn't have enough credit establish. Can we still buy a house? I know there is some sort of grant out there for first time home buyers. I just really am sick of renting. These new landlords, are the worst at maintenance! I just want something we pay for and end up owning, instead of throwing money down the drain.
