  1. hi, Bank. and shop around till you get a bank that will give you a loan and a good interest. With the bad credit - it is questionable about how high the interest rate will be and may be you will need a guarantor.

  3. Not sure what state you live in - all states are of course different. But I do know that some states actually offer grants to help someone start a small business. Even better than a loan!! You should check into this at your Attorney General's office or something.
