Bad Credit Agency

Only for loan professionals or people who dealth with these "bad credit" personal loan companies:?

1) Loan Support Services 2) Alcan Lending 3) 24-hour loan center 4) Pregressive Lending 5) First national lending These companies approved me for a loan but are asking for me to pay for the first 4 or 5 months upfront since my credit is badand I dont have any collateral. One of the asked for a $500 insurance fee just-in-case I miss a payment. Is that ok?? Are these companies legit, or is it just another scam?? I was wondering if www.youreapproved.com was a scam because they ask for $25 to even view the directory of bad credit leanders.

1. Most loan centers are a scam in that they pray on people that do not understand time value of money and interest. I do not recommend using any loan service like the above mentioned. Why would you need to borrow money if you can give them $500.00 up front? Some of these companies charge as much as 200% interst if you run the numbers and fees involved. STAY AWAY If you need a loan go to a bank - you wont get screwed as bad as you will with the above. Don't get me wrong, a bank will make you pay for having bad credit but not like the loan sharks you mentioned. do not pay for an aplication to borrow money period!
