credit repair!!!!!!!!!!?

hello,im 22 years old and i'm in debt. not the kinda debt that you see on commercials,but im almost in $1200.00 in debt,and it's on my credit report.if i take my time to pay the debt in full,will it be taken off my credit report? i cant get a credit card,when i try to apply for 1.i'am not buyin a house nor a car no time school.i dont need a loan.besides it's not like im in $5000-$10,000 in debt.i need help in this situation,i dont know what to do.and yes i ckecked my credit report and it wont let me check it again.

  1. The only way that you can get items removed from your report is by negotiating a "pay to delete", which is a payment in exchange for removing it from your report. I posted some links below that explains it more in detail. One thing I can tell you is that if you go that route, you would have to have the money upfront ready to pay. Paying it out over time reduces your chances of getting it removed.
  2. Work more. Get another job. Get a better job. Stop spending money you don't have. Live on a budget. $1200 in debt shouldn't be a crisis if you have control over your own life. Now that I think of it, $1200 should be within the capacity of your emergency fund! Take back control!
  3. You can dispute the negative lines on your credit report. You print out a dispute form out and mail it in. If you need one I've posted one on my credit repair site.
  4. Another vote for Dave Ramsey. Go to http://www.daveramsey.com and listen to his radio show. He has lots of great advice on money and debt. It doesn't cost a dime to listen. He saved my a$$. totally changed the way i look at money and debt. Cash really is King!
