Bad Credit Agency

Is credit repair worth the money?

I need to improve my credit a little faster than just paying what I have now on time. Is it worth it to pay someone to improne my credit? Is there somewhere recomended?

  1. No. There is no legitimate way to improve your credit other than contesting items on your report that are mistakes. You can do that for free.
  2. Those places are a scam.
  3. Don't assume they can do any better. Usually it ends up costing you more every month by having them do what you can do yourself. If you are having trouble paying the bills in full every month, try calling the creditor and renegotiating the payment amounts.I find it best to tackle the smallest ones and paying excessively to them and getting them paid off than go to the next lowest. you will notice a big differance in your credit scores.Libraries have good resources to learning about the "Credit industery"
  4. No credit repair is not worth the money. The only thing these agencies are good for is cleaning out your wallet and remove the tedium out of the process. You can do it for free...you may suffer some brain damage during the process but, your wallet will be in tack. Good luck
  5. I've heard good things about Ovation Law. However, they can only help you in properly disputing MISTAKES/ERRORS on your credit report, not entries that actually belong to you. It's definitely worth looking into if you know you have a lot of false/misleading info on your report.
  6. No. Don't do it. Read here: I've bookmarked this site... http://www.safelinked.info/jump.php?link=debt Take care.
