How do i report to the credit agencies that my homes i sold on land contract are being paid ontime?
How can i report to the credit agencies of buyers of my homes are paying ontime.. i need to know how merchants report on consumers each month since i hold private mortgages. thanks

- You have to be registered with the credit bureaus. You have to be a business lender, private individuals cannot report to the bureaus.
