If Torcan Financial is a scam, why is it on Yahoo! Sponsored Links under bad credit personal loans?

Have already been approved, but have read some scary things since.......

1. Sponsored links are companies that pay Yahoo money and are a good deal for Yahoo, not necessarily a good deal for their customers.
2. What makes you think Torcan is a scam? How did you come to this conclusion? These site may not be a scam, but are going to have tougher rates and fees for those with bad credit!
3. I also, was approved for a loan but, thought something was not right when I was told that I would have to money-gram $3000 to them before I would get my loan. It was explained to me that the $3000 would be held for 3 months and after I made my 3 monthly payments the $3000 would be given back to me. I called the Canadian BBB about this company and they told me that this was a scam and I should report them to the police. It is against the law in the USA and in Canada for any loan company to ask for money up front in order for a person to secure a loan. What happens is, you send the money by money-gram to an individual and then you never hear from Torcan Financial again. Since I sent my information to these people the Canadian BBB suggested that I put a fraud watch on my credit and close my checking account and open a new one, since Torcan Financial had my checking account number. I was lucky I did not send them any money.
