Home buying with bad credit?

I want to buy a home and I have bad credit. I know that there is probably nobody out there willing to give a 30 year loan to bad credit. But does anybody know if there is anyybody that will give bad credit a loan. I have tried everything. I know probably the best thing is for me to clear up the credit issues first then try to get a home loan. PLEASE ADVISE OF anybody you know of that will give a loan to bad credit.

2. fha will allow you to get a mortgage if you havent had any credit lates in the last 12months......you can have a 400 and still get a 30yr fixed mortgage at 7.25% or lower.
