Bad Credit Agency

I want to consolidate my debts into 1 monthly payment...?

I have been screwed around by these bogus credit repair agencies I would just rather contact a "legit" debt consolidation company so I can start repaying my debt and bills o I can re-establish my credit. My question is does anyone know of any "legit" debt consolidation companies that YOU(<--key word) can assist me? Everyones answers will be received respectfully.

  1. Hi, You are right. there are so many bogus companies that cheat gullible consumers. Yet, there are some genuine agencies that might come for your rescue. 2. I would suggest to consolidate your loans with some established company.
  3. how many credit cards do you pay on? how many loans do you have? do it yourself and save the outrageous fees they charge. You can use that to pay off the loans. BUDGET. Write down everyone you owe smallest to largest and pay off the smallest first. then you can put that money on the next smallest. meanwhile pay min. on the rest. the reason for paying the smallest first instead of the highest interest is because it keeps you motivated to keep going. Interest rate is not the problem.
  4. I bank at Bank of America and they do have a debt consolidation loan. I have been banking with them a number of years. If you don't bank there, Wells Fargo has one of these too. That way you won't get cheated by bogus repair agencies.
  5. Opt for a debt consolidation loan: The easiest method of getting a debt consolidation loan is to utilize the equity of your home. Equity of your home is calculated and determined by the difference in the amount you have paid and the amount you owe. If the amount you have paid is more than the amount due, you can use it as collateral. This allows you to borrow money on lower interest rates. Besides, you also get tax benefit on this type of loan. Consult your tax advisor before opting for this loan. http://debt-trap.com/category/Debt-Consolidation-Basics.html
