I am buying my home, credit rating is poor and I need some plumbing repair and I dont know who would possibly be able to help me. Are there agencies that provide assistance. I have only one bathroom and this is urgent. I don't know what to do and I don't won't to lose my home. circumstances beyond my control, cause me to sign a forebearance to keep from foreclosure. If I miss a payment I guess they will foreclose. Need advise

1. Call local plumbers and ask if they have or will be able to do a payment plan in installments. Also ask if they do free estimates before they do the job. Work out the details and hopefully you'll have proper working plumbing and not be stressed out about losing your house. Best of Luck. PS.
