Just curious to know?
Has anyone actually had their credit report repaired by a credit repair agency or company? I have read here and other boards that noone shouldn't pay to have this done but what if the negative items on your credit report has been paid and you would like to have it removed instead of waiting 7 years. My co-worker actually had a repossession on her report and she went through a credit repair company and it along with other negative marks that she paid off was removed. This was 2 years ago. I am just curiuos to know if anyone here has had their report cleaned with help from a credit repair agency.

- you can fix all that they can fix. they take your ifo and send letters etc to leave notes or justify something aint yours
- If you are going to do it ask her who she used. There are a lot of bad companies out there that do this. If they treated her well, chances are they will treat you well too. Thanks,
- You can REPAIR YOUR OWN REPORT without paying anyone -- IF there are legitimate errors in the report. All you have to do is contact the reporting agency with the correct information or have the creditor send in the correction. Trying to get rid of real stuff that really happened will get you and any company trying to do it for you in a lot of hot water. Ever hear of MAIL FRAUD?
- There is no LEGAL way to "repair" your credit report.You can ask that mistakes,discharged chapter 7/13 etc be removed,but that's about it.
- Go to a wishing well, throw a penny in it and wish for it to be all cleared up.. It works try it.
