Bad Credit Agency

OK. All geared up to get outta this dead end job and....?

Nothing. I get phone calls from recruiting agencies but no legit companies. I have gone down the come in and talk to up road. I still have the same crappy job and lost a day of vacation. I have great references and try to find a least one new job to apply for each day. But this is horrible. I can't get a review or raise even though I have been told that my work preformance is great from my boss. My co-worker is a joke, I have to supervies him even though he makes more than I do. And I have lost any ambition of wanting to do a good job. My boss takes all of the credit for my work. Please tell me that a once confident and in demand employee is not now just gum on the bottom of someone'e shoe. I am a hard worker who wants to do a good job, but I do not want to keep getting taken advantage of. Forward and good and useful ideas this direction. Thanks.

  1. Hey, we all have to start somewhere. If you started at the top, you'd still be complaining, trust me. Just stick it out, and find something new asap.
  2. Its like that all over, to much greed. They look at it like this, if you dont like it, leave and will someone else to do it for 5 dollars an hour. I feel you.
  3. Monster.com is always a good start, have taken jobs from there before, they have worked out, keep your chin up something good will happen, make contacts out in the community, something good is bound to happen will pray for you!!!!
  4. Star with monster.com -- Then check other sources as well: local, regional, overseas, etc. etc. Get your act together and one day before you know it, you can turn around and be laughing all the way to the bank! Good luck, eh?!
  5. If you want to have control over your business and you don't want your business to have control over you, you have to check out this site: www.worldfinancialgroup.com You can make full time income part time and when you feel ready to stop working for someone else, go full time. It is ultimately your choice what you are going to do. I was told this once, never walk away from an opportunity. I thank that person everyday, and I hope this will help.
  6. Keep your resume updated and ready to send. Frequent Monster, Careerbuilder and HotJobs. Keep your ear to the ground and your nose to the grindstone as they say and look to move mountains to get out. Sorry, you are going to have to work hard to get outta there while maintaining a civil demeanor. The only thing worse than a bad attitude is explaining why you were fired for that bad attitude. Focus on the future.
