- Try Orchard Bank Rival
- Yes. You are looking for a secured credit card. A secured credit card is on if which you put a security deposit and charge against it. Most finical institutions who issue secured credit card charge noticeable monthly or annual fees. Example: You put down a $200 security deposit. You get a credit card with a $200 limit. A secured credit card may be the best way to repair a bad credit history. It will take a while, but if you pay on time, your credit will get better. If you just need credit card convince, but don't care about your credit, try looking for a pre-paid credit card. You can get these from most local banks.
- I think that if you don't want to do a 'secured' credit card, you may be able to get a credit card through a department store, like say, Sears offers a "Sears" card. Those usually have high interest rates though, also, lots of stores have different types of credit cards and some may only be good at the particular store you get it from, but at least you could begin to start to rebuild your credit.
